You are a trader or a manufacturer?
A: Our factory is ISO9001 certified. You are welcome to request material test reports or video-inspect our Mazak / KUKA production lines during the manufacturing process.

How can I be sure the parts will fit my excavator?
Give us correct model number / machine serial number / any numbers on the parts itself or measure the parts and give us dimensions or drawing, we will help you to check it.

How about the payment terms?
We usually accept T / T or L / C. other terms also could be negotiated.

What is your minimum order?
It depends on what you are buying. Normally, our minimum order is USD5000. One 20â full container or LCL container (less than a container load) can be acceptable.

What is your delivery time?
FOB Xiamen or any Chinese port: 20-45 days. If there are any parts in stock, our delivery time is only 3-5 days.

What about your quality control?
We have a perfect QC system for the perfect products. A team who will detect the product quality and specification piece carefully, monitoring every production process until packing is completed, to ensure product safety into the container.

How can I check the quality after placing an order?
Before delivery, We will do testing and send videos and pictures for your check. And also you can arrange for quality checking by the third-party inspection organization.

Can I have a sample before mass production?
Of course, we can offer you a sample for testing.

Can you develop parts by drawings or samples?
Sure. We have complete production line and a professional designer and working team. We can produce any requested parts according to your blue print or sample.
